Two weeks to the Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence

Today marks 2 weeks to the 2022 Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence.

All the surveys and other data used to determine the winners are in and yesterday I sent the names of the winners in the various categories off to the trophy company to be engraved on the trophies so they are ready for the evening.

Without wishing to give to much away there are several new names that feature as a finalist and a couple of new winners which is great to see.

Interestingly, some companies that featured heavily in the early years of these awards appear to have dropped the ball when it comes to the way they handle their claims and have dropped several star ratings.

Other companies, who in the past have never made the finals are now showing a vast improvement. Well done to these companies.

All will be revealed on the big night which will be in Sydney starting at 6pm at the The Establishment Ballroom, 252 George Street.
