The Mansfield Awards 2020

Regular readers will have seen that I have not been active as much as normal of late. That is because I have been working with our statistician in finalising the latest ClaimsComparison.com star ratings, and this in turn flows through to the finalists and winners of the 2020 Mansfield Awards. This took a lot longer than normal due to an increase number of responses. I am pleased to say the work is now all finished, and the information under lock and key till the 23rd of this month.

Despite the restrictions placed on us by COVID-19, the Mansfield Awards team has pulled together a really special event. This time, we will be able to share it with all of you to the comfort of your computers at home.

If you don’t already know, this year’s award ceremony will be a free streamed event. It will also be just after lunch, and only take max. 30 minutes on the 23rd of this month at 2:00pm.

We thank and appreciate the continued support of our regular sponsors, Steadfast and icare, that stayed with us despite the unusual circumstances.

Not only does this event recognises claims excellence, it will help raise money and awareness for the Amal Mulia Orphanage in Sumatra, Indonesia. Which gives everyone the opportunity of contributing to a great cause. By the way, I am pleased to say that all the children are safe and well.

The Insurance News team and LMI Group have worked hard to coordinate all of the moving parts of this national event from the confines of our houses, a monumental effort for those involved.
