Some positive feedback about the team

Yesterday I spoke of some of the frustration that I feel at present, which has not been helped by things such as the unfair spray by AFCA against all claims management companies, when like in any profession there are good and bad. It has been demoralising when the team and I have been working so hard and putting in heaps of extra hours as have so many in our industry.*
Today, to balance the frustration I received the following email from a broker I had not spoken to for a while.
Hello Allan,
Been a while since we last caught up mate but I just had to put some comments together about the team you have at LMI helping us with some of the many claims we are working through down here on the south coast.
Not only are we dealing with the fires, the hail storms have had a large impact on our clients in Canberra. We have not had the best start to 2020 and our clients are dealing with many frustrations on many fronts. Nonetheless, we do our best to support them both as friends and as clients.
Your team are just an amazing team of people Allan. Georg has been tremendous as we work through a number of complex matters surrounding the road closures and resultant interruption to people’s businesses and livelihoods. Nicola and Caroline are just lovely to chat with and I guess what I’m wanting to say is thanks for building such a great team of people who are always ready to help brokers like myself and my team here.
All the best and perhaps catch you up at the Steadfast conference.

The whole team has been working tirelessly since the start of the fires, and now with hail and storm claims right across the country.
I really appreciate these brokers taking the time to write.
*As an aside, AFCA did not even use the correct term when they referred to the ‘storm chasers’ as Claims Management companies.
I can also attest for Georg’s professionalism. He assisted with a claim for one of our largest clients and provided much needed advice, organisation and accuracy – left to the insurer and loss adjuster alone, this claim would still be ongoing.
