October is Cyber Security Awareness Month

Cyber security is without doubt one of the biggest risks facing individuals and businesses large and small.

There will be a lot written on this topic this month but I just want to suggest that if you are not already using a password management system that you consider it. This has been a godsend to me with so many passwords to manage.

The last thing any of us should do is have the same password for more than one site/service.

I just had a quick look into mine and found that I had 91 different passwords covering business, the internet of things in my home and my other personal stuff. I could not do this without a good secure password manager.

Even though I have this I do change the important ones to me regularly and this is so easy with the password manager.
