Doing the right thing is never the wrong thing.

One of the team here at LMI went for a walk talking the office dog along with her. Not far from the office she found an expensive ladies gold watch in the gutter.

She picked it up and went straight back to the office and printed up several signs, laminated them and posted them in front of our office and the area where she found the watch.

The next day, an elderly lady came in and described the watch to a tee and was reunited with it. The lady was naturally over the moon as she thought that in today’s society someone would just pick it up and keep it. Her husband in fact had said that to her but offered her to drive her back to where they had parked the day before in case the watch was still there.

The lady returned 10 minutes later with a beautiful floral arrangement for Helen, to thank her for her honesty and thoughfulness.

Helen epitomizes the values of LMI Group and we here are all pleased that the lady got the watch that had so much sentimal as well as montetary value back.

Well done Helen. As an additional benefit, you probably saved an insurer a jewelry claim 🙂
