We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of Susan Manwaring, our newest team member! Susan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, honed over two decades in the insurance and finance industries.

Susan’s impressive credentials speak for themselves. She’s a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with Australia, a Senior Associate CIP of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, and a Diploma of Financial Services (Risk Management).

Susan’s career journey is marked by impressive milestones. She started as a claims officer with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, then spent six years at Zurich Financial Services Ltd as a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Advisor, tackling complex corporate claims with finesse.

Susan is also a passionate writer who has published blog posts and articles with renowned outlets like the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, accounting software giant MYOB, and the United Nations Association of Australia.
