2025 Mansfield Awards – Recap
The 9th Annual Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence were held last evening in Sydney to a new record turnout.
This year’s event was dedicated to two exceptional highly regarded loss adjusters who we lost this year, Paul O’Sullivan and Murray Rowley.
Following record participation in the survey, 1,344 ratings were awarded from 2 to 5 stars. The movements in ratings were as follows.

From these results the finalists and winners of the Mansfield Awards were determined. In addition, two other awards were presented. The first was the inaugura Service Provider of the Year Award and the second the very popular Purple Mansfield for going above and beyond.
